This versatile spice blend can be used with red meats, pork, chicken, fish and even vegetables and will pair deliciously with the Firecracker Red Blend.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Zest of 1 lemon
Optional – ½ teaspoon chili flakes
Combine all ingredients In a small mixing bowl. Rub spice blend into the meat or vegetable or your choosing and cook to your liking. For an extra pop, sprinkle in some red chili flakes.
